I installed it in the powder room to get rid of those uncomfortable wet towels that have become so commonplace. Wall mounting is easy with the included wall plugs. If possible, insert the middle screw into the stud. The anchors appear to be somewhat flexible on their own. With a center screw in the stud and two more in the included anchors, it's rock solid. Also, try tightening the screws after installation to compress them a bit. After that it seems pretty stable. Pulling towels with one hand is a bit rough and can tear, but using two on either corner is pretty smooth. All in all a good product and good value
