Review on KOODER by Mauricio Woodard

My experience as a customer of KOODER left me extremely dissatisfied with the quality of customer service provided by this ostensibly "exceptional" business. My experience with them did not live up to even a fraction of my expectations, despite their assertions that they offer the highest possible quality products and an exceptional level of customer support. To begin, KOODER did not provide any kind of update or notification whenever the shipment of my purchase was delayed by multiple days. I contacted their customer support team to inquire about the delay; however, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude from the representatives there. The representative who I spoke to made it abundantly obvious that they had no interest in resolving my issue and provided neither a solution nor any form of compensation for the trouble that it had caused. In addition, the merchandise that I bought from KOODER was of low quality and did not live up to the expectations that the company says it maintains. When I made an effort to return the object, the procedure for doing so was unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. It took me a while to work my way through several different automated systems before I was eventually able to speak to a representative, who was, once again, unhelpful and condescending. In summary, my interactions with KOODER have left a sour flavor in my mouth as a result of the lessons I've learned. Their assertions that they provide outstanding customer service and produce high-quality goods are nothing more than hollow promises. It is my strong recommendation that you do not do business with this organization and that you look instead for an alternative that is more dependable and trustworthy.
