Review on Starfrit Stainless Replacement Blades Rotato by Kelly Nelson

These blades functioned very differently than the original blades that came with the Rotato (originally purchased in the 90's). These replacement blades reduce the space between the blade and the plastic mounting arm. It is very difficult to start peeling as the blades just rub the fruit/vegetable without digging in. When the blades start to cut, the skins of apples, potatoes and anything else often get stuck in the flat blade. each time you try to clean the blade it causes more work. Tried 3 blades, all the same. Now I clean everything by hand and the Rotato is in the garbage cupboard.
