Off center bar. See photos. The blue band marks the approximate transition point of the diameter. In one picture the steering wheel is aligned with the marks, in the other it is set to the actual center. Using the markers on the "center" of the handlebar, my handlebar was about 1cm off center. Didn't notice until the tape was applied and cut. This is the only handlebar I've ever encountered where this was an issue. It's installed and fixed now, so I'm not worried about going back, but it still looks silly and sloppy in an otherwise careful build. Wouldn't recommend or buy again.
