Effectively waterproof, large size
They fit more like a pair of diaper pants so keep that in mind when ordering. 5ft 11in / 180lbs, waist 32in. I'm a medium size and they fit easily over jeans and they are a bit long. I'll probably order a few smaller ones to wear alone or with a base layer. I went for a ride. Rain and stayed completely dry with no noticeable condensation. I can't speak to more energetic activities, but if you're just going to run around and not get overheated, they should work really well. For the price it is excellent value for money.
