Charming and Festive Banner! My kids love the movie Coco so I wanted to order them as soon as I saw them. You inspired me to surprise my kids at a Coco party where we ate and learned about different Mexican dishes, read more about Dia de los Muertos, showed them photos of our grandmothers/their great grandmothers and talked about how to Culture with respect appreciates accepting it as our own. It was one of the best, most fulfilling and educational evenings I have had with my children and inspired me to many more such evenings where we combine themes related to learning about other cultures and trying new dishes. Who knew a cheap pack of holiday flags would inspire all of this?!?! The flags themselves are super cute and durable enough to be used over and over again, so I plan to build on this idea and take it into the future with more sophistication when the kids are bigger. I like that the design is simple but beautiful. Everything is easy to put on and take off. I keep mine in a large ziplock storage bag and a silica desiccant pack to prevent damage as we are in a humid climate. All in all very cute flags that brought back great memories for my kids. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend getting a pack for yourself and trying your very own Coco Night!
