Worked for a month

This vacuum worked for about a month. Then he had problems with eating. I contacted Kenmore and they decided I needed to replace my car. So far, so good. Then they sent me another model - NOT the best, with missing features of the original car. Now they don't seem to know how to answer questions. I will never buy a Kenmore again. I think I've learned an expensive lesson. What a lousy company. No wonder they fail!
