I like that they changed the way the built-in tools are saved. This is a powerful machine. It has a self-propelled function. I had a Kenmore vacuum for a few years and loved it. I love this one too.

So far I am very happy with this vacuum cleaner. Kenmore has been making this vacuum in various styles for decades and this is my second vacuum. The first worked for about 16 years before it finally stopped working. Can't comment on the longevity of this version yet, but it seems to be just as high quality, with just a few updated features, which I appreciate.

This vacuum worked for about a month. Then he had problems with eating. I contacted Kenmore and they decided I needed to replace my car. So far, so good. Then they sent me another model - NOT the best, with missing features of the original car. Now they don't seem to know how to answer questions. I will never buy a Kenmore again. I think I've learned an expensive lesson. What a lousy company. No wonder they fail!

As we use the vacuum cleaner for a limited time, I can see some important features. Suction performance was excellent and shows no signs of slowing down. I also love the amount of tools and accessories that come with the kit, especially helpful when you need to get rid of pet hair on upholstery or elsewhere. I'm a little concerned about the availability of bags, filters etc but given the ease of online shopping it's probably best to have things show up on your doorstep anyway.

After my last vacuum cleaner sucked poorly, this one was a real treat. All additional tools make it easier to reach hard-to-reach places (ceiling, stairs, under furniture and hard-to-reach corners). The stick jumps up too! It also works great on tile, linoleum and hardwood. There are a few things to get used to as I've never owned a canister vacuum and having two separate pieces to pull can be a little awkward at first. We have the Dyson Cyclone V10, a great product.
