Review on EXCELLENT ELITE SPANKER Military Adjustable by Debbie Washington

I would not recommend this collar for untrained dogs. I just spent over an hour chasing my pup around the dog park after he got free and decided to give everyone a freebie. He had a blast. I'm not very. The velcro doesn't seem to hold the collar in place and the sizing goes from where you have it to the largest with very little tugging. It took my 14 week old Belgian Malinois three pulls on the leash to pop him and he knew right away. So he was gone in a flash. If you have a fully trained dog or just use it for appearance (like spots) I see that this is not a problem. To be honest I gave it two stars because I really like the collar aside from that tiny piece of velcro that doesn't hold up and my dog who is a little crazy and won't run when called. I think if they use something other than velcro it might work better. Like maybe one of those plastic seat belt adjusters. They usually hold things in place pretty well.
