This review is for the Lukasa Disco Ball Party Lights. It is a fun little "disco lights” ball, compact in size at approximately 6.5” tall and 3.5” wide. There are several options for positioning and mounting the light. I can simply sit on shelf or table, be attached to a wall via screws/nails with the mounting bracket base, or unscrew the bracket base bottom to reveal a plastic suction cup. Once positioned, you can adjust the tilt and direction of the light, which gets dispersed in all directions with the multi-lens domed top.The lights are in constant motion as the wheel inside the dome turns, and can be either pointed up at the ceiling, toward a wall, or positioned up higher to point down toward the floor to create a dance floor scene.The remote control activates multiple lighting options, including 3 for syncing with the music, flashing effect, or 7 different color modes to match a desired coloring theme. You can also adjust the speed of how fast the light wheel inside the dome turns.The light is powered via a USB cord, but a power adapter is not included. A basic 5V USB smart device charger or an available USB plug on a computer is all you need to power it. The cord itself is only 5’ long, so the power source will need to be that close to the dome. You can also just acquire and use a USB cord extension, or power it from a portable USB power bank/battery.It is a fun light, but isn’t going to be big enough to light up a big room by itself. It does well in smaller rooms in homes, or combined with other lighting accents in larger settings.
