There's a lot to like about this air compressor. First, it's very solidly built. I've got a Porter Cable that's similar in size and it's fine but the vibration from the motor tends to cause the compressor to slowly change location. Not a problem with the Bostitch. It's heavy enough to stay in position. That impacts the portability but with the easy carry handle this is a good trade off. The tanks are rated at 135 lbs. and load to full pressure very quickly. At max pressure the engine shuts off and per the gauges they were at 135 lbs. exactly. This did not come with a quick connect hose which kind of surprised me but this looks to be designed more as a power source for pneumatic tools than something to fill your tires so I didn't feel like it warranted losing a full star. However, I would have taken off 1/2 star if I could because this would have been a cheap but useful add on for Bostitch. This uses AC oil so a little maintenance will be required. Overall it's a very powerful little compressor and has found a home in my garage.
