NOT to be used on any carpets, does not work and you will not be happy! Yes I wish it was sent without being rolled up but with that said. I tried the recommended way with weights and using a hair dryer, worked ok, but in my opinion if you need it quick, get out the heat gun, lay the mat over a flat surface and pull the trigger. Warning: Do not go too close to the mat (minimum 3" away above the mat) and like painting with a brush, use a back and forth motion and then put the weights down, especially on the corners. I used some flat bottom plastic storage boxes to keep it flat. This took me about 12-13 minutes to do. Next morning I took everything off and rolled my desk chair onto the mat with no slipping/sliding of the mat at all. Please remember it really WON'T WORK ON CARPETS! I HAVE NO AFFIIATION WITH AZADX NOR WAS I PAID ANYTHING.Hope this helps
