From dark hair to almost nude
I have black hair on my arms and fair skin. It takes about ten minutes for the bleach to work. Around the 6th minute, a slight itchy burning sensation appears. It's not that bad. I have been using this product for several years. I'm always happy with the results. I wait about two months between applications.
