I like that it's easy to use and helps you document and organize your patients information. It is also very helpful when creating reports which can be shared with insurance companies. I dislike that sometimes it gets slow when using the program, so if you have large amounts of data to enter or documents to view/edit, this might take longer than expected. Also, it takes a while to learn how to navigate through the program. If you are looking for something simple to help you manage your patients' medical records, then this would be perfect for you. We're able to quickly and easily access all of our patients' medical histories in one place. This has helped us save time by not having to search through multiple files to find what we need.
