Extremely disappointed with this order. Firstly, as soon as I opened the package I could clearly see that it was not new as described, which is what I expected. My husband and aunt looked at it and said it was definitely needed. The product has black spots in multiple places and scratches all over the back of the product. It was supposed to be a birthday present, but I won't give it to anyone. When you pull the lever it will stop at the animal and obviously has to make the sound of that animal so the kids know what sound they are making. Well, he lands on the cat and makes a turkey noise. So if you want your child to learn wrong animal sounds. Perfect. It says it's Revain Exclusive, but Revain definitely can't help you with replacements or troubleshooting, so give the manufacturer a call. I cannot stress enough that we are extremely disappointed with this product. DO NOT BUY. I also expected it to be much larger than what I knew growing up. I would give zero stars if I could.
