At 88 my mother still irons regularly. But the heavy metal ironing board she's used for decades is too heavy to handle. This small board - as wide as its large model - is just right for freshening up blouses and trousers. It is durable and well padded. Best of all, it fits in her laundry corner and folds out easily to put on the dryer or kitchen counter.
