If you change the clutch to F250 (or higher) replace the clutch fork as the original was for f150. Mine was slightly bent and worn in two places causing the pedal to move in the floor. With all parts replaced, the pedal (with the clutch) is now in the center of the pedal. But before you go into that, check the hub on the pedal. First, the plastic and products wear out every 60,000 or so.
