Terrible in my opinion
I found them too big and hard and very difficult to swallow (may be for someone else). When I tried holding them in my mouth like peppermints to dissolve them a bit, they gave off a horrible taste. I was being treated for tongue cancer and my mouth was becoming sensitive, but I had to stop them with warnings. reservation emptor. PS I gave them to my husband and he said he could swallow them easily. So if you don't have trouble swallowing the slightly larger and heavier pills, you might like that they come in a nice little bottle that's easy to reach.
