When I tried this product in my industrial setting I was thoroughly disappointed with its performance. It simply did not have the power to handle the job it was intended for. Despite the advertised suction power, it was not nearly strong enough to extract the fumes and smoke that come with soldering .While it might be suitable for a hobbyist, it is definitely not up to par for any Industrial and Scientific setup..
