I love Nioxin! The main thing that every user should know is that it does not replace your daily shampoo. When your hair starts to thin a little (or at the beginning), use it a maximum of 1-2 times a week, but the most important thing. Once you start using it, you won't be able to stop! Once you do this, you'll again find that it's noticeably thinner. This will (should) become one of your regular bottles that you will always have on hand no matter what! (You will be THANK YOU later). This has worked fantastically for me. I use the Nioxin 3 shampoo on Sunday and then again on Thursday. Regular shampooing on other days. Read the instructions on the back of the bottle. If it says (3) minutes to leave, DO IT!
