Great product for fine to fine hair. As someone with medical conditions and medications that are severely affecting my hair, this product has strengthened my hair so it doesn't break near the scalp so the end result is that I look like I actually have hair. Fantastic product for shiny clean hair. It should probably be used in alternation with a creamier product so as not to strip away the natural oils. Minty aroma. Nioxin is said to open pores and promote hair regrowth in blocked follicles, but we have no proof of this. However, Nioxin is a great cleanser that removes the residue of other styling products from the hair, leaving both my husband and I with a clean palette. BTW doesn't hurt the color.
