The controller motor is not connected.
Revane said it would fit my 2013 Cruze and it does, but the ESC motor power connector doesn't fit. Luckily I was able to take this motor out and put a new one in my old one (the old motor was fine just the window clip broke) and it works like new. I only wish I could send the newly built motor back and get some of my money back. It is what it is. I'm just glad my window rolls up in a week full of thunderstorms.
