Purchased, SC2968 as the title says "It will fit your 2008 Dodge Ram 2500. This one did not. I have a pre-release truck as of January 2008. Surely from the original manufacturer's number. My number is 52106909AE using a Monroe SC2964 which the Revain kit says will not fit in your truck. But this is wrong. I called Monroe Tech and they helped me get the track right. To remove the cone bolt from the steering arm, also loosen the nut on the cone, apply some penetrating oil and leave for a while. Come back later with a blowtorch and warm up the steering arm for a few minutes, not the bolt, slide the nut up to protect the top of the threads and bang. , others complain that they had to do it for them. I don't know how good this device is, but I haven't worn it out, I've damaged it, my jack arm dented the tube when I lifted the truck from the front to spin the wheels. I won't do it again.
