Bought this for my new bike because the mounting points were minimal and it has a sleek modernist style. Haven't had a chance to use it on the road yet but I'm sure it will work well as it's my second Ibera cage. First was their "Light Aluminum" cage which came out 2 years ago and it has served me well for 10 centuries and over 10,000 miles. To be honest I don't understand why anyone would want carbon. If required, aluminum can be shaped to fit smaller or larger bottles. I drive a lot on very bumpy back roads and have never lost a bottle or heard a single rumble. If I run into any issues with this particular cage over the course of the season I will update my review.
