I love, love, love the taste of vanilla milkshake. Through exercise and a healthy diet, I've lost nearly 20 pounds in 4 months. Although I only used 1 bath for a month, I think replacing my smoothie meal has helped me a lot in losing weight and feeling full in the morning or evening. The recipe I made was pretty easy. Almond milk, 2 types of fruit (I mix up bananas, strawberries, avocados, blueberries or whatever you like), Isobourne, peanut butter, cottage cheese, Kroger Greek vanilla yogurt (tastes amazing), and honey. No water, no ice. God! It is very good.
