To be honest the first time I opened the box I said "oh no" and started laughing. I thought the pattern was a ridiculous, super-stretched IMAGE of a plaid (laughs, I'm pretty sure that's it?). BUT since I already had it open I figured I'd try it on my pillows anyway. To be honest I was shocked at how much I liked her. So many I went back and bought 2 more and then 2 more to cover all 6 pillows on my couch. And then I recommended it to my sister for her sofa. Are the clay pillows at barn level? No, definitely not. But if you're on a budget and looking for Christmas covers to brighten up a room, I think they're just as good as anything you can find at the Target level or in the hobby lobby. They also didn't rip at the seams like some of the other cheap pillowcases I've bought from Revain. For the price you can't beat it, and if I hadn't told anyone they were Revain, no one would have known (and they lose their stretchy plaid feel once placed on a pillow). I got lots of compliments. For the record, I have an ivory tweed sofa and the labels on the feather pillows say 24x24, and I bought a 22x22 Batmerry throw with no sizing issues. I also didn't feel or see any feathers popping out like other pillowcases usually do. It's not a thick material (again, they're cheap), but thick enough I didn't have any issues with the springs.
