Mouse-proof, compact, efficient
Ideal for food storage. The compact square shape is suitable for most products per unit volume, they are durable and protect products from cross-contamination (e.g. onion, garlic, meat). I also use them for mountaineering. A great, compact way to pack a lot of food into a small space, protecting it from being crushed and keeping busy little mice away. No longer available locally (here in Glendale, Arizona). I do not know why.
