Flattering shape: my feedback
This is a cute and flattering dress. As expected, it's too long for me (I'm 4'11" so everything is) but I think if I have it altered at the waist to bring it up, it could work. I love the scalloped neckline. I was a little worried the detail on the bottom would make it look too bulky but it flows really nicely.
