It was brought to my attention that the tracking number indicated that the package was delivered on the 25th. After 3 days on the 28th I was alerted that the package had not arrived at my apartment. I contacted eBestade and within 24 hours I received a reply confirming my address was correct and they asked if I would like a refund or a replacement. I explained my situation and responded with a replacement message. No more than 4 hours later my neighbor comes and asks if the package they are holding is mine. They were LEDs. The LEDs themselves come with two wires wrapped in heat shrink tubing. They have a continuous transparent coating to protect against water. They were all fired from a 7.7v 12v battery (a 12v battery that dies at 7.7v) which drops to 5.4v when all 300 are connected and draws about 0.1 A. Another 12v battery I have discharges at 10.7 volts and illuminates the entire 300 fountains and draws 1.9 amps.
