The product is not good, I will not buy any more.

The product does not belong to Xiaomi products, the Xiaomi certified center did not accept the product for warranty repair. Wrote the appropriate act of refusal. I contacted  with this problem, since the product was purchased from  LLC, there is a corresponding document, a receipt for the purchase. But  sends this problem to their partner ("seller"), to their service center, which is not a certified Xiaomi center. Which is essentially a violation of both consumer rights and a violation of trade, since in fact the goods declared by  LLC, including the description of the goods, for sale do not correspond to reality. If  does not return the money, we will go to court.
