Review on Kindfolk by Gary Knop

I had high hopes for Kindfolk, but their items didn't live up to my expectations. The bags are subpar and expensive. The designs are unimaginative and simplistic. Additionally, they offer awful customer service. I asked a query and got an uninformative, general response. Folks, you need to elevate your game if you want to live up to your hype. I won't be promoting you to my followers until then.
