No instructions and not very intuitive
Wasn't my first choice but what I ordered somehow got lost in the shipping process so I'm ordering this one to replace. Very disappointed in the unit. It says you can use the remote device up to 300 feet away. he stopped reading at less than a foot, so it was useless. I had to keep going out and checking. Setting the type of meat on the device is very difficult and the probes discolour from the heat. Waste of money in my opinion.
