This product is terrible, it has an issue that Winegard is aware of but does not appear to be attempting to fix. And they don't tell anyone if you have a connection problem from your devices to your Winegard. Here's a little secret Winegard won't tell. You only need to select a device to connect to the 10.11.12.1 website. This is the back office of your Winegard, how you control which Wi-Fi to connect to Wi-Fi or 4G if you have this model.
