For the price I didn't know what to expect. I am happy to say that I am pleasantly surprised! I have a small (20x20) spring pond that I wanted to keep some fish in. I checked the dissolved oxygen levels and they were ok but not up to date so I wanted to find something to add some oxygen to the water. I don't have electricity (and want to use electricity) near a pond, so I decided to try this solar powered aerator. Set up was very easy and it started pumping as soon as I plugged it in from the outside. The nice thing is that the solar panel not only powers the device during the day, but also charges the battery. I've stayed up late enough to see how long it takes until night, but I can tell you it's quite a long time! So it keeps pumping most of the night when the oxygen is needed the most. I am about to order a second one.
