I was looking for a mixer and saw a review of this mixer on YouTube (along with reviews of many other mixers). I chose this blender based on a review I was looking at because this particular blender was able to bake two loaves of bread with minimal effort. The only downside is that you often have to stop the machine and scrape the dough from the sides of the bowl (although there seems to be a way to set the machine to stir the dough from both the sides and bottom of the bowl Bowl). Bowl). This is not a problem for me as I would rather scratch the sides of the bowl a lot than break the machine and have to replace it. I had a KitchenAid and a Bosch mixer and both only lasted a few years and were very expensive. This machine was very expensive, but in use it can be said that it lasts very long (kneads dough easily at 2 or 3 speeds, the motor does not load at all). I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.
