RAM - G. Skill Ripjaws DDR4 16 gb 8x2
SSD - A-Data XPG SX6000 Lite 256 gb
HDD - WD Black 500gb x2
It is very unfortunate that such a problem occurs. I read many articles and forums on this issue, tried most of the recommendations (different driver versions, setting in AMD Adrenalin, reinstalling Windows, ating the BIOS, changing cables (I used HDMI because I didn't want to waste DP money), connected to a TV, etc. ). etc. ), but the problem persists. (On the Internet they wrote that when using a DP cable, the problem remains).
Bought online. I've sent it in for diagnostics and am awaiting a response. Now there is an old ASUS 550 Ti, which works without problems.

Pros

Good performance on pci-e 4.0. I played DotA (about 120 fps at maximum settings in FHD) and pubg (90-110 fps at high settings in FHD, but on some cards there are drawdowns of up to 35-45 fps). On a 4k TV set on HDMI 2.0, it can output a 4k 60 fps image (but, of course, it is not suitable for games in this resolution).

Cons

Periodically there is a black screen on my configuration (in the comment). This happens at different times, regardless of what I'm doing at the computer (working or playing). Only restarting the computer helps, after which the driver gives an error and replaces it with the base one from Microsoft. Next, just reinstall the drivers.
