Read the description carefully. This thing sends electrical impulses down your throat. Not only uncomfortable, but also caused an instant headache. It's not like a massage. The main part of the description says it massages. This is frankly deceptive as it doesn't massage in any way. I can't imagine that thing being secure. Another low quality piece of junk from China.
