I bought eight foot Christmas trees at the same time - this one for $25 and another one for $65. The more expensive tree came first and I was impatient so I installed it and everything was fine. I can see some bare patches even after spending an hour shaking up the branches; but everything was fine. When this tree appeared, the box was HALF smaller. (see fig.) For example, half as high, half as wide. I mean, whatever was in it was so flimsy and sparse that I knew I wasn't going to like it. Of course, I might be wrong if I opened the box and gave the tree a chance. And also for $25 what do you expect. But I decided to just settle for spending another $40 and stick with a tree that I knew was fine with me. And that's why I'm giving this tree 3 stars instead of panning it entirely - maybe it would be good for such a bargain price.
