Frustrated customer

I bought these about 6 months ago and had already broken 2 out of 4 so I contacted the company for a replacement and they said I had to return to them and they would replace them. Now we have 2 bad ones and I have to pay shipping for the cheap product. This is not good customer service, this is scam. Can anyone tell me why I have to pay to ship something that is supposed to take longer than 6 months.
