This is the best invention of the 21st century! I used to buy frozen vegetables in pre-packaged vapor bags. Never again! I've been buying them at my local supermarket for a few months. As of last week, they no longer wear them. So I logged on and ordered a ton of it. You can never have enough of it. They cook fresh or frozen vegetables perfectly. There's a list on the back that tells you exactly how long to cook certain foods, and it's never been wrong. They also make cooking easier. I use two of these and cook broccoli for a week while carrots and whole potatoes cook in just minutes. The best thing that has happened to my kitchen in a long time!
