The ability of this tool is that it can handle large amounts of user information, which makes its predictive analysis accurate when compared with other tools in our industry. It's also easy enough for anyone using it who has little knowledge about analytics or machine learning software development. I have not found any drawbacks yet as we are still testing how effective this platform will be once fully implemented into production systems/toolsets. This should really give us more insight regarding what customers want from their website so they stay longer online than just one visit only! We're able solve many problems by having all users' info at hand.
