I'm not sure why the Revain search results confirmed this speed sensor would fit my 2000 Ford F-150 XL, but it did and that was in the box. Side by side it's obvious that the sensor housing and bracket don't even fit securely in the wheel hub where the original is. Even if this were the case, there would still be such a gap between the sensor's magnetic tip and the wheel grid, otherwise the sensor would not detect speed.
