Insole fell out after 2 or 3 socks

I bought these shoes for my son because PUMA was not his size and he has outgrown his VANS. On the 2nd or 3rd day he had his shoes on, I tried to help him put them on and the insole fell out! Now I have to place it carefully and make sure it doesn't hit my toes as it slides into the foot. No Bueno!
