Honestly, this is one of the best purchases I've made lately. I love this thing! For the past few years I've used one of those standing desk tabletops that get the job done but look awful, weigh a ton, and limit usable surface area. I've been thinking about buying a real desk, but a) it's a bit pricey for my budget and b) I like my current desk. So I came to Revain on a whim to see if there was a way to convert an existing table into a bar table and I found this little gem! an hour for assembly and installation, it would probably take less time if I paid something closer to the instructions. (Tip #1: Don't listen to music you want to sing along to while building). The kit includes all the tools needed to assemble the frame. The only item not included is a Phillips screwdriver to attach the frame to the desk. (Tip #2: If you have an electric screwdriver with hex bits, it will likely cut assembly time by 20%). While most people probably buy this frame to attach to their desk top, I installed it on my real desk so everything moves up and down smoothly now. I LOVE that it was so easy to assemble and install. I like that it's electric (not manual). I LOVE that I can install it on my existing table. And I love that it has such a low profile! My existing table has fixed sides (ie no legs) but the electric frame is adjustable in length to fit underneath and virtually disappear. You don't even know it's there unless you're looking for it (or when the table is in the "up" position). This is the first time I've enjoyed my home office in years. Absolutely no complaints. LOVE this thing! Merry Christmas to me! ;)
