Great ticket tracking system! No complaints at present time

The platform has been very helpful in our customer service department. I like how we can track tickets and view them from anywhere. It's also great that the software allows us to have live chat as well. We don't really have any dislikes because it works so well. I would love to see more features added to the software. That being said, I think they are working on it. There are some minor issues here and there but nothing major. I highly recommend this product. We are able to keep track of all of our tickets, including those that are not handled via phone. This helps us identify who is handling what types of tickets.

Pros
  • Very easy for staff members at my organization (a non profit)to use when logging into their account or viewing previous tasks/tickets assigned within your system! Also good if you need help with an issue just click "chat" button & someone will be right back :)

  • Nothing much comes immediately to mind
