Great product that unfortunately doesn’t get much recognition

It makes it super simple (and free) to have our customers submit tickets in one place - whether via email or chat/phone call directly from within Ansbue! I can't seem to find anything specifically bad except maybe some of its more dated features like being able to easily search through FAQs but those are things you'd expect would be fixed over years as companies mature & evolve anyway? The biggest issue we're running into currently is keeping up wtih all new feature requests coming daily which…

  • Easy customizable workflow process with options available that meet your needs, very easy integration wth Microsoft Dynamics CRM system; excellent customer service support team ready whenever needed..all without any hidden cost associated whatsoever!! ; )

Google help center software used but not really a favorite!

I like how they have created several different ways of searching through our help center which makes it easier when you want find something in particular! It's not my favorite but we're using them as part if Google Apps suite so there are some limitations around what features can be used outside google apps (evernote etc). We also don't really get any benefits from utilizing this software other than being able provide better service/product info via chat or email vs phone calls sometimes…

Our school district uses this software frequently

I like how you can easily create polls and surveys within answer base. You can also set up rules so that certain people are allowed to vote or not. It is very easy to use and has many different features. I don't like the fact that it's sometimes hard to find something if you're looking for it. I wish there was a way to have all of our data stored in one place. We just recently started using Answer Base and haven't had any problems so far. Great ticket tracking system! No complaints at present time

The platform has been very helpful in our customer service department. I like how we can track tickets and view them from anywhere. It's also great that the software allows us to have live chat as well. We don't really have any dislikes because it works so well. I would love to see more features added to the software. Great for finding and organizing information across various sources

The ability of being able to search through many different topics at once was one thing I liked most about this program. It also had great integration options available like Zapier which made it even easier to integrate into other programs we used in our daily workflows! There were some features that just didn't seem as useful or needed (like having another option besides "yes" / "no") but overall everything worked well together. We are solving problems related to how much product data we have

  • Easy layout with easy navigation between tabs/options.
  • Excellent customer service team provided quick answers & resolutions when issues arose during upgrades, etc.
