Google help center software used but not really a favorite!

I like how they have created several different ways of searching through our help center which makes it easier when you want find something in particular! It's not my favorite but we're using them as part if Google Apps suite so there are some limitations around what features can be used outside google apps (evernote etc). We also don't really get any benefits from utilizing this software other than being able provide better service/product info via chat or email vs phone calls sometimes getting passed between multiple people before reaching someone who knows anything at all!! This helps us keep track more efficiently without needing additional staff members just because one person isn’t available during normal working hours - saving money too since less man power costs involved :).
