It makes it super simple (and free) to have our customers submit tickets in one place - whether via email or chat/phone call directly from within Ansbue! I can't seem to find anything specifically bad except maybe some of its more dated features like being able to easily search through FAQs but those are things you'd expect would be fixed over years as companies mature & evolve anyway? The biggest issue we're running into currently is keeping up wtih all new feature requests coming daily which gets difficult when there's no way for us to prioritize them because they keep getting added constantly so this has been really frustrating at times! If people want something done right then do what other similar businesses did after launch instead of just adding everything under the sun hoping someone will pay attention later down stream! We've had great success solving problems related to ticketing.
