This fitness bracelet is a great motivator, and it's my first one. It prompts you to get up and walk about if you've been sitting for too long. If you have a desk job, this is very crucial. The quality of your sleep is monitored in addition to your steps and heart rate. This is all extremely exciting to see. I can't comment on its dependability because I have nothing to gauge it against. I went ahead and got my spouse one, too.
