The boot is quite comfortable and looks good. The stitching is well preserved and the skin is slightly softer and darker. However, the soles of these boots are too soft for heavy work boots. They may be suitable for a very light user or someone who only wears them occasionally, but if you wear them every workday, within a year the outsole will wear down to the point of becoming uncomfortable. I don't drag my feet and make sure I walk very correctly because I have back problems so premature wear isn't due to user error or habit. The soles under the balls of the toes and heels (where the weight is most concentrated, but I only weigh 250 pounds) are completely slick and worn.
